Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience at least GS-13 level in Federal service.
• Experience leading staff in real property, facilities management, and related programs.
• Experience initiating, planning, scheduling, and implementing complex projects.
• Experience coordinating with senior management to provide effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Managing and supporting real property projects including RPMS budgeting, auditing, reporting and general RPMS administrative tasks.
• Contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing action plans and implementing projects.
• Collaborating with RPMS Branch Chiefs, ASA components, PSC and RLO to support RPMS Director in administrative and financial tasks.
• Owning and pursuing new requests to improve efficiency, customer service, and growth of the business line.
