Job summary

OpenFn is seeking a remote, relationship-driven Program Manager to own and grow relationships with existing subscription customers, guiding the transition to a packaged product-and-services model. You will be the trusted advisor, ensuring customers derive real value and remain engaged while OpenFn builds a scalable program management function.

As the first Program Manager in this market, you will own the full portfolio, manage renewals, upsell opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management, customer success, or related SaaS role.
• Proven track record of retention and growth across a portfolio of customers.
• Technical fluency to discuss APIs, integrations, and data workflows with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of existing subscription customers and drive retention and expansion.
• Develop and maintain account plans aligning customer objectives with OpenFn value.
• Lead QBRs and regular check-ins to review progress and renewals.
• Communicate with customers' technical teams and translate between technical staff and decision-makers.
• Establish playbooks, cadences, and data in CRM to support scalable program management.
• Coordinate delivery and ensure smooth handoffs from sales to ongoing program management.
