Nava Public Benefit Corp is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery and client engagement on strategic contracts. You will guide staffing, contract management, and profit & loss while maintaining strong partner relationships and delivery health.

With 5+ years of overseeing delivery outcomes and client relationships, you will manage a portfolio of government projects, scale teams, and drive continuous improvement in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing custom software or cloud infrastructure programs.
• Experience working with U.S. government agencies.
• Experience growing agile development teams and managing large projects.
• Ability to lead projects with milestones, dependencies, and complex integrations.
• Familiarity with agile practices (CI/CD) and frameworks like Scrum/Kanban/SAFe.

Responsibilities

• Exceed government partner expectations by building trust and maintaining high situational awareness at the agency level.
• Proactively detect risks and resolve issues with delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Engage clients regularly to understand needs, solve issues, and report progress transparently.
• Manage contracts, finances, and growth opportunities within your portfolio.
• Collaborate across projects to anticipate and solve cross-functional delivery problems.
• Support creation of delivery environments built on mutual trust with partners.
• Scale initiatives by leading a team of PMs and delivery leads.
• Coordinate contract changes with finance and legal teams.
• Uphold standards for delivery excellence and client service.
• Apply Nava policies at the program level and contribute to company objectives.
