Job summary

ERMCO is seeking a Program Manager to lead and coordinate a portfolio of projects across Manufacturing, Engineering, and support functions. The role involves guiding Project Managers, monitoring portfolio performance, and aligning initiatives with strategic objectives.

The position supports governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication, with remote work allowed within designated states and relocation assistance available as needed.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 8-12 years of progressively responsible experience actively leading projects of medium size and/or scope with cross functional teams.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• PMI's Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, shop floor environment, with product design and manufacturing execution systems.
• Experience working with project management software, such as Microsoft Office suite including Teams and Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers and cross-functional project teams across Manufacturing, Engineering and support functions.
• Define program-level goals and success metrics tied to business outcomes.
• Coordinate business requirements gathering, documentation and stakeholder approval.
• Review project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure scope and costs are agreed with stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on performance, risks, and corrective actions.
