ERMCO is seeking a Program Manager to lead a team of Project Managers and cross-functional groups across Manufacturing and Engineering. You will align initiatives with strategic objectives, define program goals, and manage governance to deliver measurable business value.

The role supports a remote work model with relocation assistance and travel up to 25% as needed to coordinate with stakeholders and projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• 8–12 years of progressively responsible experience leading medium-sized projects with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• PMI PMP certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and with MES systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a group of Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure program initiatives align with strategic business objectives and measurable benefits.
• Define program-level goals, success metrics, and governance with stakeholders.
• Coach and develop Project Managers; establish performance expectations and accountability.
• Drive cost, schedule, and resource optimization while maintaining quality within scope.
• Provide regular status updates, risk management, and issue resolution to stakeholders.
