Job summary

ERMCO, a leading transformer and electrical solutions manufacturer, is seeking a Technical Project Management Associate. You will plan, establish, and manage concurrent projects across Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing, collaborating with non-technical teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.

The role requires an engineering background and strong leadership to guide cross-functional teams, with remote work allowed within a defined US state set and relocation

Qualifications

• BS degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–8 years leading projects with complex matrixed teams.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing/shop floor environment experience including MES.
• Experience with MS Office including Teams and Project.

Responsibilities

• Communicate project objectives aligning with strategic goals.
• Lead project teams and manage milestones, scope, and budget.
• Gather requirements and coordinate stakeholder approvals.
• Balance cost, schedule, and scope to meet requirements.
• Provide regular status updates and risk mitigation actions.
• Coordinate RFI/RFPs with third parties and IT procurement.
