Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Education, STEM, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including ≥3 years in federal programs or contracts.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating complex program activities.
• Experience developing and maintaining program schedules, budgets, reports, and performance metrics.

• Serve as primary liaison to the COR and coordinate stakeholder requirements.
• Develop and maintain the Technical Management Plan and Master Schedule.
• Oversee all major program functions including applicant processing, participant services, and financial administration.
• Monitor program risks, dependencies, and budget performance; ensure QA and timely deliverables.
