Job summary

Scires is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the Department of War’s Test Resource Management Center in Alexandria, Virginia. The Program Manager will oversee the execution of critical projects for military systems while ensuring effective risk management and communication with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and risk management with over 15 years of experience, including a PMP certification. The role involves leading a cross-functional team to achieve contract compliance and project goals.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 in a senior or lead role.
• Experience managing cross-functional project execution teams across multiple projects.
• Strong experience in government contracting and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day project execution for the Government project office.
• Lead planning and coordination of project strategies and management plans.
• Monitor and report project status and risks.
