Job summary

SCAN Health Plan is seeking a Program Manager - Retention to lead retention programs across markets, translate member feedback into actionable strategies, and partner with cross-functional teams to reduce disenrollment and improve the member lifecycle.

The role requires Medicare Advantage/managed care experience and strong data analytics, project management, and communication skills. This mostly-remote position supports a hybrid work model and offers competitive compensation with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 5+ years in Medicare Advantage or managed care preferred.
• 2-3 years of leadership experience in retention, member experience, or related areas preferred.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead retention programs for assigned markets and translate insights into targeted actions.
• Facilitate quarterly listening sessions and manage follow-up actions and documentation.
• Own post-session deliverables including root cause analysis and process improvements.
• Provide disenrollment trends and market performance insights to cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Product to adjust retention strategies and campaigns.
