Job summary

SCAN Group is seeking a Program Manager - Retention to lead retention efforts across assigned markets, translating member feedback, disenrollment trends and market performance into targeted actions that improve member retention.

You will partner with market leadership and cross-functional teams to execute retention strategies and lead listening sessions, monitor risks, and support improvements across the member lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related Medicare Advantage or managed care experience.
• 2–3 years of leadership experience.
• Strong PM skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Ability to analyze data including disenrollment trends and market performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across audiences.
• Advanced MS Office, Visio, and SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead retention programs for assigned markets and translate insights into actions.
• Partner with market leadership and cross-functional teams to execute retention strategies.
• Lead quarterly listening sessions for assigned markets.
• Own post-session deliverables: root cause analysis and improvements.
• Provide disenrollment trends and campaign data to teams to drive improvements.
• Track markets against vDER goals and adjust retention strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with Retention Campaign Specialist and Data & Analytics on campaigns.
• Maintain a shared log of sessions, campaigns, and deliverables.
• Communicate timelines, barriers, risks, and escalations to stakeholders.
