Job summary

Stord Labs seeks a Staff Technical Program Manager to own the operational backbone of a high-velocity innovation program within Stord Labs. You will orchestrate experiments from hypothesis to production deployment across the fulfillment network, coordinating robotics, AI, and automation initiatives.

In this role you will manage external collaborations with partners like Georgia Tech, and drive cross-functional alignment with product, engineering, and operations to deliver measurable business

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 8+ years in Technical Program Management, Engineering Management, or complex cross-functional delivery.
  • Experience managing hardware/software integration programs in logistics/operations.
  • Strong domain knowledge of supply chain systems, warehouse automation, robotics integration, or fulfillment operations.
  • Proven experience leading vendor management processes (RFPs, evaluations, partnerships).
  • Strong execution discipline across agile/sprint-based delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Own and govern the end-to-end experimentation pipeline with clearly defined hypotheses and success criteria.
  • Coordinate integration testing and alignment between product, engineering, operations, and warehouse teams.
  • Drive scaling of validated lab innovations into production pilots and enterprise deployment.
