You will establish goals, track risks, and drive performance across initiatives, mentoring newer PMs and aligning with stakeholders to ensure disciplined delivery.

The role emphasizes process improvement, performance measurement, and team development to strengthen operational execution and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Proven record of success in previous projects.
• Experience with project management software.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project and program engagement plans.
• Set realistic goals and develop strategies for achievement.
• Document communications, risks, and issues thoroughly.
• Measure project and program performance for improvement.
