Ladders is seeking a Sr. Program Manager - TRACK to guide early career programs across the organization. This role partners with leaders to shape internship and co-op experiences, driving consistency and process improvements on a remote, US-based schedule.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in program management and a data-driven mindset to translate complex needs into actionable solutions, with strong stakeholder management at the executive level.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 6+ years PM experience across multiple workstreams.
• 6+ years working with early career, co-op, college, or university programs.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience engaging with executive-level clients and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate business challenges into actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational and strategic initiatives for early career programs.
• Partner with business leaders to define and execute strategy.
• Drive consistency in internship experiences across multiple U.S. locations.
• Identify and implement process improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Leverage data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
• Develop training programs for intern managers.
• Create a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience for interns and co-op students.
