Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee strategy, delivery, and governance of a healthcare-focused product within the OCC portfolio for the Veterans Health Administration. You will own intake coordination, guide cross-functional teams, and support FHIR data governance efforts to ensure quality and alignment with client needs.

The role is fully remote in the United States with up to 10% travel for quarterly reviews, reporting to the Program Manager and collaborating with clinical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years overall; 5-8 years product/program management in healthcare/technical settings
• 3-5+ years data analytics experience
• Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and defining product roadmaps

Responsibilities

• Own intake and triage of shared services demand requests; translate into scoped work
• Direct shared services projects through design, implementation, and testing
• Coordinate across technical teams and system owners to schedule tasks and resolve blockers
• Define requirements and plan lifecycle deployment with engineering on shared services architecture
• Manage integrated project plans, including budgets, risk, and status reporting
• Lead sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives; resolve delivery issues
• Assist with FHIR data governance and data quality/pipeline troubleshooting with data engineers
• Manage vendor and delivery partner deliverables
• Advise clients on strategic and technical solution options
• Collaborate with business owners and clinical SMEs on product decisions
• Conduct project meetings and support technical teams' development
