Hitachi Energy USA INC is seeking a Program Manager to support transformer programs for strategic utility customers across North America. You will collaborate across manufacturing sites, global functions, and customer-facing teams to deliver critical power infrastructure solutions.

You will connect customer priorities with internal execution, promote clear communication, and help ensure commitments are met with quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; related experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years of project/program management experience.
• Experience leading teams and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables to meet commitments.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
• Provide clear status updates and track progress across programs.
• Identify risks and mitigate issues to keep programs on track.
• Support contract, change management, and escalation processes across the lifecycle.
