Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA Inc. seeks a Program Manager to support transformer programs for strategic utility customers across North America.

You will collaborate with manufacturing sites, global functions, and customer-facing teams to deliver critical power infrastructure solutions. Responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables, building relationships with customers and stakeholders, and mitigating risks to ensure on-time, quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management or program management experience.
• Experience leading teams and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Project, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans to keep programs on track.
• Provide clear status updates and support issue resolution from order entry through delivery.
• Apply contract, claim, and change management practices as needed.
