This highly visible role requires collaboration across manufacturing sites, global functions, and customer-facing teams to align customer priorities with internal execution, ensuring commitments are met with quality and reliability. You will connect customer needs with project delivery, promote clear communication, and help drive grid reliability and modernization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 5 years of project or program management experience.
• Experience leading teams in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SAP, MS Project and Excel.
• Authorized to work in the United States or Canada without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support transformer program management for strategic utility customers across North America.
• Collaborate across manufacturing sites, global functions and customer-facing teams.
• Help deliver critical power infrastructure solutions with quality and reliability.
• Manage program schedules, budgets, resources and deliverables.
• Provide clear status updates and maintain visibility for teams and customers.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans; coordinate with partners for timely delivery.
• Apply contract, change, and claim management practices as needed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal procedures.
