Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA INC is seeking a Program Manager, Data Centers, to lead strategic customer programs from requirements through validation and deployment. You will interface with R&D, engineering, product management, manufacturing, and supply chain to deliver scalable, end-to-end solutions for the rapidly growing data-center market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or related engineering field, with strong technical credibility.
• Proven experience leading large, technically complex programs with multiple workstreams.
• Experience in power electronics, electrical engineering, power systems, or data centers.
• Experience coordinating R&D or product development and customer project execution.
• Strong program-planning capabilities: roadmaps, governance, risks, and resources.
• Able to influence stakeholders across a global matrix without direct authority.
• Commercial awareness of cost, schedule, scope, and customer commitments.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated program roadmap with milestones, deliverables, and resources.
• Lead program-level coordination with strategic data-center customers and changes.
• Translate customer requirements into executable plans for engineering and manufacturing.
• Coordinate interfaces, grid studies, modeling, validation, and testing activities.
• Maintain governance, decision logs, risk controls, and management reporting.
• Provide visibility of program risks, dependencies, and resource needs.
• Ensure transitions from prototypes to industrialization and repeatable deployment.
