Hitachi Energy is seeking a Program Manager to support transformer programs for strategic utility customers across North America. In this highly visible role, you will collaborate across manufacturing sites, global functions, and customer-facing teams to help deliver critical power infrastructure solutions.

You will connect customer priorities with internal execution, promote clear communication, and help ensure commitments are met with quality, reliability, and consistency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management or program management experience.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading teams in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Experience with project management tools (SAP, MS Project, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Support programs for strategic utility customers across a global manufacturing network.
• Develop strong working relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
• Manage program schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables to meet client commitments and business objectives.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, commercial, supply chain and external partners for aligned program delivery.
• Provide clear status updates and maintain visibility for internal teams and customers.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans and support issue resolution from order entry to closeout.
