Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a Power Transformers Project Manager to lead complex initiatives across our North American factory network.

You will drive project milestones, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of high-value solutions while reporting to the Director of the PMO-HUB North America. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in engineering or business, 5+ years in project management, and PM certification with a pathway to Hitachi Energy PM cert within 2

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Admin, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in project management.
• PMP preferred; Hitachi Energy PM cert within 2 years.
• Proven ability to lead remote teams across locations.
• Experience with scope, cost, schedule, and vendor relationships.
• Familiarity with SAP, MS Project, Excel, and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams with clear goals, timelines, and feedback.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, and quality to meet customer expectations.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources across factories and service teams.
• Oversee project documentation and risk management strategies.
• Monitor project execution for safety, efficiency, and compliance.
• Support contract negotiations and claims resolution.
• Build strong relationships with customers and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
