Arlo Solutions is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to support the Programs Department on strategic and operational efforts across the full lifecycle of contract management. The role includes scoping contracts, serving as Transition Program Manager on new awards, and acting as interim PM during vacancies.

The ideal candidate has 8-12+ years of experience, including 5+ years in program management and federal government contract programs, with strong strategic thinking and stakeholder influence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8-12+ years of professional experience with 5+ years in program management.
• Experience with federal government contract program management.
• Strong strategic thinking, policy development, and procedure design.
• Proven ability to lead teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic goals and lead execution across the full lifecycle of contracts.
• Scope out proposed contracts and transition programs for new awards.
• Serve as interim Program Manager for vacancies and assist in staffing transitions.
• Liaise with customers and Arlo HQ departments (finance, contracts, HR, security).
• Develop and deliver program management artifacts, deliverables, and tools for transition to sustainment.
