Job summary

Arlo Solutions LLC seeks a Program Manager to serve as the single point of accountability for strategic and foundational operations support to DC3. The PM will provide leadership, manage risk, ensure deliverable quality, and maintain program controls across all task areas and subcontractors, with onsite presence in Linthicum Heights, MD and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities include directing day-to-day execution of PWS tasks, maintaining the PMP, risk management, and ensuring staffing

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success managing projects/programs of similar size and complexity within last 10 years.
• Manpower requirements determination/management for comparable scope across diverse labor categories in the last 5 years.
• Comprehensive financial and performance monitoring using key performance metrics in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee day-to-day execution of all Tasking (Tasks 1–27) per Government priorities and PMP.
• Establish and maintain program operating rhythm with regular status meetings and action item reviews.
• Produce and maintain the Program Management Plan (PMP) with SOPs, milestones, and communications rules.
• Develop and maintain an integrated Risk Management Plan including mitigation, tracking, and escalation timelines.
• Implement program-wide quality control practices to ensure deliverables are accurate, audit-ready, and on time.
• Ensure contract compliance with security instructions, handling of records/Privacy Act information, and other requirements.
• Ensure staffing stability and key personnel compliance, including substitutions and vacancy management.
• Serve as primary interface with the COR/CO to communicate status, risks, and required Government actions.
• Issue Problem Notification Reports for issues that could impact performance and manage contractor teams.
• Ensure subcontractor integration and performance management aligns with standards and timelines.
