Ladders is seeking a Program Manager, EPD Operations to strengthen engineering and product operations by improving how work is tracked, measured, and communicated across the organization. You will partner with cross-functional teams to enhance operational health, surface insights from data, and remove friction from planning and execution.

This remote role is well suited for a program leader who can translate analysis into practical process improvements and support leadership visibility.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience as a Program Manager or Technical Program Manager in engineering and product environments.
• Proven track record in remote startup settings.
• Deep understanding of engineering operations and friction points.
• Experience managing operational health processes such as bug tracking and incident management.
• Strong data analysis skills with Jira and Snowflake.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and PM tools.

For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager, EPD Operations to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will focus on strengthening engineering and product operations by improving how work is tracked, measured, and communicated across the organization. The Program Manager will partner closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational health, surface insights from data, and remove friction from planning and execution. This position is well suited for a program leader who can translate analysis into practical process improvements and support effective leadership visibility.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $152,760 – $191,620 annually

Responsibilities
