CLEAResult is seeking a Program Manager for a remote role with occasional travel to Lansing, MI. You will direct all phases of client programs, manage cost, schedules, and performance, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in project management, 2+ years of people management, and energy efficiency experience. Bachelor's degree required; compensation around market with remote flexibility.

Responsabilidades

• Direct all phases of client programs from inception to completion
• Oversee cost, implementation, and performance of programs
• Negotiate contracts and changes, prepare business plans and budgets
• Lead cross-functional teams of 7–15 people and act as primary customer contact
