Job summary

CLEAResult is hiring a Program Specialist to support the administration of energy efficiency upgrades for income-qualified households. You will manage documentation, data entry, and process improvements while assisting participants from intake to completion.

The role requires strong organization, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to communicate compassionately with customers. This is a remote position with occasional travel to quarterly team gatherings in Portland.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Power BI a plus.
• Strong writing and reporting abilities.
• Able to juggle multiple priorities and work independently.
• Excellent patient, compassionate phone/email etiquette.
• Experience in nonprofit, residential contracting, or community program navigation is preferred.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• General administration: data entry and meeting prep.
• Document management: organize records and reports across systems.
• Data cleanup: correct errors and standardize filing.
• Systems support: test features and create training tools.
• Continuous improvement: summarize findings for the team.
• Special projects: assist with process improvements and reporting tools.
• Physical mailing: prepare and send program documents for customers without email access.
• Support enrollment and navigation through calls and emails.
• Coordinate with contractors and partners to keep projects moving.
