Job summary

Texas Tech University, Home to the Center of Excellence in Capacity-building for REsilient Housing (CECREH), invites applications for a full-time remote Program Manager. The role focuses on translating research into policy-ready outputs, coordinating activities across six institutions, and engaging federal/state partners to advance disaster recovery and affordable housing initiatives.

You will lead outreach, manage staff and budgets, and develop strategic partnerships to ensure program success

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years of experience developing or managing programs or projects.
• Experience with federal or state housing, disaster recovery, or emergency management programs is preferred.
• Ability to translate research into policy-relevant products for federal and state partners.

Responsibilities

• Translate research findings into policy-relevant products for federal and state stakeholders.
• Represent the center in federal/state meetings and build key relationships.
• Coordinate and supervise research staff and subcontractors.
• Track center-wide monitoring, engagement, and outreach metrics.
• Develop strategic outreach plans including social media and digital communications.
• Support fundraising and partnership development.
• Understand center research to inform product development and stakeholder engagement.
