Job summary

Hagerty Consulting Inc. is seeking a FEMA Comprehensive Disaster Recovery Project Manager to provide strategic advisory services and lead a large team on recovery efforts. The role may be remotely based with client travel as needed.

Candidates should have 4+ years in FEMA PA Program, strong policy writing and stakeholder communication skills, and experience guiding multi-disciplinary teams through complex recoveries. Hagerty offers a robust benefits package and a focus on excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of experience in FEMA PA Program, including Permanent Work (Categories C-G).
• Experience managing complex, dynamic projects for local governments post-disaster.
• Strong written communication skills to produce policy complex recommendations.
• Strong verbal communication for high-level stakeholder presentations.
• Experience supervising multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as FEMA PA Program SME and answer policy questions promptly.
• Oversee a multi-disciplinary recovery team across cost recovery, infrastructure, housing, and more.
• Apply project management best practices and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Leverage PA Program knowledge to maximize funding opportunities.
