Job summary

Cedars-Sinai's Enterprise Information Services (EIS) team is seeking a Digital Scheduling and Access Program Manager to oversee the Cadence and MyChart initiatives, aligning stakeholders across clinical and operational teams to deliver digital scheduling solutions.

You will lead long‑term implementation and optimization plans, identify risks, maintain timelines, and report progress to senior leadership while guiding cross‑functional teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Five (5) plus years experience in portfolio, program, and/or project management with a successful project management track record in full life cycle information technology implementation projects.
• Healthcare IT portfolio or program management experience preferred.
• Epic or other supporting software certified in relevant module required.
• Related work experience in clinic/outpatient healthcare setting, and/or clinic call center preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Epic Certification in Cadence, MyChart, Referrals, and/or Ambulatory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of the EIS Cadence and MyChart scheduling tools and related digital scheduling initiatives across specialties.
• Lead design decisions and resource planning for the Cadence and MyChart teams.
• Develop and monitor project documentation, milestones, and risk management plans.
• Create, track, and report KPIs to leadership on program progress and outcomes.
• Maintain strong relationships with clinical and operational stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.
• Provide post‑go‑live support and lessons learned documentation for EIS leadership.
