The Digital Scheduling and Access Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and providing strategic support to the EIS Cadence and MyChart teams, ensuring successful project oversight, prioritization, resource management, and data analysis. This role will provide leadership, guidance, and direction for the Digital Scheduling project, collaborating with operational stakeholders to optimize scheduling and promote the use of digital tools. You will lead the long‑term digital scheduling and access program implementation and optimization plans, identifying and mitigating risks with program stakeholders, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders—clinical and operational leaders, IT teams, and vendors—and monitoring and reporting on project progress, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
Experience Requirements
Five (5) plus years’ experience in portfolio, program, and/or project management with a successful project‑management track record in full‑life‑cycle information technology implementation projects. A proven record of execution to time and budget, preferably in healthcare IT portfolio or program management managing large‑scale IT systems implementations. Epic or other supporting software certified in a relevant module required. Related work experience in clinic/outpatient healthcare setting and/or clinic call center preferred.
Educational/Certification Requirements
High School Diploma/GED. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Management, Business or related field preferred. Epic Certification in one or more of the following modules: Cadence, MyChart, Referrals, and/or Ambulatory.
