A leading healthcare organization in Los Angeles is seeking a Digital Scheduling and Access Program Manager to lead the implementation and optimization of digital scheduling tools. This role requires at least five years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare IT, and familiarity with Epic systems. The successful candidate will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, manage project timelines, and report on key performance indicators to enhance operational effectiveness. Remote options are available for some states.
Qualifications
Five or more years of experience in project management with a track record in IT implementations.
Experience in healthcare IT program management or clinic call centers is preferred.
Proven execution of projects within time and budget constraints.
Responsibilities
Oversee implementation of EIS digital scheduling tools across specialties.
Lead the Digital Scheduling project and coordinate with stakeholders.
Create project documentation tools and maintain timelines.
Deliver regular updates to senior leadership regarding project progress.
Develop KPIs to evaluate digital program effectiveness.
