Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking an experienced Program Manager, Data Centers to lead strategic, technically complex customer programs from requirements through validation, industrialization, and execution.

You will act as the end-to-end program integrator, aligning R&D, engineering, product management, manufacturing, supply chain, project management, quality, and sales to deliver scalable, repeatable data-center solutions. This role demands strong governance and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, technically complex programs.
• Ability to coordinate across R&D, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and sales.
• Strong communication with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated program roadmap with milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resources.
• Lead program-level coordination with strategic data-center customers and cross-functional teams.
• Translate evolving customer requirements into executable plans for engineering, product development, manufacturing, and project execution.
• Coordinate technical interfaces, grid studies, modeling, validation, and testing as needed.
• Establish governance, decision logs, risk controls, and concise management reporting.
