Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Program Manager Data Centers - Grid Automation to own integrated planning and execution for complex customer initiatives tied to data-center power and automation.

You will coordinate across engineering, R&D, project teams, and strategic customers to keep milestones, validation work, and deliverables aligned in a fast-moving environment. Strong technical judgment and governance are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading large, technically complex programs with multiple workstreams.
• Strong executive communication and program-governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated program roadmap with milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate with strategic data-center customers throughout the program lifecycle.
• Translate customer requirements into executable plans for engineering and project teams.
• Coordinate technical interfaces and validation activities as required by the program.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders around shared program objectives.
• Establish effective program governance and management reporting.
• Identify critical-path dependencies and drive timely recovery actions.
