Job summary

Mothers Against Drunk Driving is hiring for a remote role serving Central Georgia, with residency required in Augusta, Macon, or Savannah, GA. The position focuses on underage drinking prevention and drunk driving initiatives with statewide and local impact.

The candidate manages volunteer scheduling, program administration, and performance objectives while meeting revenue goals and ensuring program materials are ready for all panels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field such as Human Services or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in community health programs or grant administration is preferred.
• Travel and flexible hours are required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design events to achieve objectives and market the program to community agencies.
• Ensure grant proposals include MADD directives and align with program goals.
• Coordinate implementation and logistics of prevention programs at state and local levels; design and facilitate trainings.
• Organize orientation meetings, facilitator training, and parent/student workshops.
• Source and recruit volunteers and provide training and on-site support to staff.
• Maintain data collection and reporting for program results and grant progress.
