Pay or shift range: $90,000 USD to $110,000 USD. Spear Education is committed to consistent compensation practices across our organization. Final salary offers will take into account factors such as candidate experience, interview performance, and current team salary parity.

What You'll Do:
Own the Production Calendar
You'll oversee the day-to-day execution of Spear's clinical learning production calendar across multiple learning formats, ensuring programs launch on time without compromising quality.
Partner with Clinical Subject Matter Experts
You'll serve as the primary operational partner for contracted clinical SMEs throughout the content development process.
You'll help implement innovative production workflows while improving efficiency across our content development process.
You'll go beyond production management by helping us understand how learners engage with our content.
Collaborate Across the Organization
Success in this role depends on strong partnerships.
You'll work closely with Instructional Design, Digital Content, Product, Platform, and Clinical teams to keep programs moving while proactively addressing cross-functional dependencies.
