Job summary

Matter Health is seeking an experienced Learning Design & Delivery Manager to own role-based learning across clinical and non-clinical teams. You will design curricula, deliver training, manage the LMS, and partner with leaders to measure learning impact, updating materials as operations evolve.

This hands-on leader will work with frontline teams, travel to markets, and drive performance improvements through targeted training and SOP maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Five or more years of professional Learning and Development with design and delivery.
• Proven experience building role-based curricula from the ground up.
• Experience delivering training in in-person and virtual environments.
• Direct LMS ownership or administration experience.
• Healthcare-industry experience; healthcare environment understanding is essential.
• Experience writing and maintaining SOPs, job aids, and knowledge-management resources.
• Strong knowledge of adult-learning principles and instructional-design practices.
• Experience measuring training effectiveness and evaluating employee performance after training.
• Executive presence and credibility with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and build role-based curricula for clinical and non-clinical teams.
• Deliver engaging in-person and virtual instructor-led training.
• Translate complex information into clear learning materials.
• Own the learning management system, including tracking and reporting.
• Maintain SOPs, job aids, and training materials.
• Travel nationally to support new-market launches and field training.
• Partner with leaders to ensure training aligns with operations.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
• Provide coaching to employees who need extra support.
