Job summary

RealTime eClinical Solutions is seeking a Director of Learning Design and Development to lead a team of instructional designers and trainers, manage content production, and partner with customers and employees to meet learning needs efficiently.

You will oversee LMS and customer community implementations, develop scalable education programs, and drive customer adoption of our SaaS solutions while reporting to the EVP of Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Instructional Design, Learning and Development, or related field.
• Extensive background in instructional design, training, and implementing Learning Management Systems (LMS) within a SaaS environment.
• Direct experience delivering strategic learning initiatives from concept to execution.
• Experience managing and mentoring teams of learning professionals.
• Experience managing a P&L, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong project management and client service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of instructional designers and trainers.
• Oversee development and delivery of learning modules and customer enablement content.
• Manage LMS and customer community implementations and ongoing maintenance.
• Develop revenue-generating training programs and certification offerings.
• Lead the Learning & Development budget and align with business goals.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, CS, Support and Marketing to align programs with needs.
• Create scalable training strategies including live workshops, e-learning, and webinars.
• Establish a comprehensive customer certification program and onboarding for new hires.
