Engage fi is seeking a Program Manager to oversee multiple projects and programs, aligning with client expectations and objectives. You will coordinate with Strategic Consultants, manage scope, schedule, and tools, and ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires 7+ years in project management within financial services, a Bachelor’s in business, and strong collaboration, communication, and risk management. This is a remote, full-time position with travel up to 10-20% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum of 7+ years of project management in the credit union, banking, payments, or related vendor industry.
• Experience with enterprise-grade software applications and project management activities.
• Project Management Professional Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage program workstreams to ensure timely completion of interconnected project activities by developing, implementing, and maintaining project plans and tools.
• Communicate program and project progress to client and internal resources through reports and presentations.
• Escalate program risks and modify project plans as needed to keep on track.
• Maintain program documents and templates (Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams/SharePoint).
