Job summary

Energize Marketing is seeking a Program Manager to own the day-to-day management and client experience of assigned programs from sales handoff through completion, ensuring clients and internal teams stay aligned, deliverables stay on schedule, and programs are executed successfully.

You’ll serve as a primary point of contact for clients while coordinating across Customer Success and Operations, Sales, Demand Gen, Content, and other internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of program management or similar client-facing experience.
• Experience with B2B technology marketing tactics such as demand generation, webinars, and content programs is preferred.
• Experience managing client-facing programs from kickoff through completion.
• Strong client communication and relationship-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business/Communications or related field (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of programs following the Sales handoff.
• Schedule and lead client kickoff calls.
• Establish project timelines, milestones, deliverables, responsibilities and expectations.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact for assigned programs.
• Coordinate client and internal stakeholders across multiple teams to keep programs on track.
• Escalate delivery risks and scope issues before they become problems.
• Partner with teams to ensure successful program delivery and client satisfaction.
