Job summary

Anteriad is seeking a Customer Success professional focused on executing, managing, and training on our Digital line of products. You will deliver top-quality support for the full campaign life cycle (pre- and post-launch) for programmatic advertising and other digital services, becoming an expert on workflows from quote through campaign completion.

Collaborating with Sales, Operations, and customers, you will guide campaigns, provide reporting insights, and mentor team members in programmatic

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital media or programmatic advertising.
• Experience pre- and post-sale planning and upsell of full funnel campaigns.
• Familiar with DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Stack Adapt, Amazon.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary resource for assigned accounts and campaigns.
• Develop targeted plans, execute campaigns, provide reporting.
• Collaborate with India and US Operations teams.
• Escalate urgent issues and manage escalation.
• Train and mentor other team members in programmatic best practices.
