Job summary

Equitable seeks a remote Program Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of high-visibility field development experiences for Advisors and Leaders. You will own timelines, stakeholder alignment, communications, logistics, and continuous improvement to deliver polished programs.

Responsibilities include translating strategic direction into actionable plans, partnering with senior leaders, and shaping the Advisor Journey curriculum. Travel 5+ times per year may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, learning & development, field enablement, coaching, or a related discipline.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills and ability to influence without authority.
• Experience facilitating development programs for professional, field, or leadership audiences.
• Excellent communication skills with senior leaders and partners.
• Willingness to travel 5+ times per year.

Responsibilities

• Define program objectives, success measures, audience needs, and learning outcomes.
• Independently manage multiple programs with integrated project plans and timelines.
• Lead end-to-end program development from planning through delivery and feedback.
• Partner with field leaders and home office to reflect field priorities.
• Contribute to advisor growth and leadership development programming.
• Prepare speakers and coordinate materials for engaging sessions.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and vendor coordination.
