Leading Educators in the United States seeks an Associate Director, Program Operations & Strategy to translate ambitious vision into flawless execution. You will manage complex programs, plan events, and synthesize insights for leadership while embedding AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency.

You will partner with senior leaders, own end-to-end operational outcomes, and drive scalable systems across national initiatives from a remote, home-based role with moderate travel within the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in program operations or complex operational roles.
• Ability to translate high-level direction into detailed operational plans.
• Strong experience with event planning, logistics, and coordination.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Asana.
• Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Comfort working independently in dynamic environments.
• Interest in leveraging AI to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Translate scopes of work into detailed plans and manage dependencies.
