Job summary

Sloan School of Management in Cambridge, MA seeks a Program Administrator, Students & Community to lead and manage the organization’s relationships with student-facing partners and coordinate programming and communications.

The role covers setup and launch of new programs from concept through operation, manages resources including UROP participants and teaching assistants, and reports metrics to senior leadership. This is a two-year term appointment with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; a minimum of three years of administrative, operations, and/or project/program management experience; academic or educational-program operations experience; experience in event planning, community or ecosystem engagement, and multi-stakeholder coordination; and experience managing student programs and university/community operations.
• Advanced degree such as MBA/MPA or master's in education or higher-education administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and support the organization’s relationships with key institutional community and student-facing partners; coordinate joint programming, communications, and day-to-day relationship management.
• Support the setup and launch of new programs, managing them from concept through full operation.
• Serve as the programmatic and administrative lead for student-facing graduate and undergraduate courses, IAP Dual-Use Ventures, and related labs.
• Oversee allocation of program and personnel resources, including UROP participants, teaching assistants, mentors, and event support.
• Present reports to senior leadership analyzing enrollment, participation, membership, and engagement and outline actions.
