Job summary

Dale Workforce Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate a corporate website transformation, focusing on internal stakeholder engagement and vendor coordination. You will manage cross-functional workstreams from strategy to AEM delivery, governance, and launch.

The role emphasizes facilitation, clear communication, and proactive risk management, coordinating with Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, HR and agencies to ensure a seamless rollout.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex, cross-functional digital or web programs.
• Strong facilitation, organization, and stakeholder-management skills across seniority levels.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication; turning discussions into decisions and actions.
• Experience coordinating agencies or vendors, managing project plans and RAID logs, and preparing executive status reports.
• Familiarity with enterprise content platforms and analytics implementations (AEM helpful).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the integrated project plan, milestones, dependencies, and decision calendar.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Corporate Affairs and partner functions including Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Global Safety, HR, Finance, Web Technology, and agencies.
• Coordinate delivery with vendors for website design, development and analytics tagging configuration, monitoring and reporting.
• Plan and facilitate working sessions, leadership reviews, and cross-functional check-ins; document decisions, actions and owners.
• Coordinate reviews/approvals of migrated content with content owners and control functions; track feedback and sign-offs.
• Track risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies; escalate with options and next steps.
• Prepare concise status updates and decision materials for program leaders and steering groups.
• Support stakeholder communications and rollout planning; ensure alignment across workstreams.
