Job summary

Ledger Bennett, part of Havas Group, is seeking a Digital Programme Manager to lead a major global website transformation. You will coordinate client teams and delivery partners, manage governance, risks, and dependencies, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

This senior role requires experience in enterprise digital transformation, stakeholder management, and technology delivery, with a focus on governance, security, and end-to-end programme success.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing complex digital transformation programmes.
• Experience delivering enterprise websites or digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital strategy, UX, creative, content and technology delivery.
• Experience with multiple internal teams and external delivery partners.
• Strong programme governance and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing technology dependencies and enterprise IT stakeholders.
• Experience with global websites and localisation.
• Experience managing scope, budgets, risks and delivery timelines.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery and modern digital development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working with agencies, systems integrators and platform vendors.
