Job summary

MADD is seeking a remote-based program administrator in the Bloomington, MN area to oversee victim impact panels and prevention programs. You will manage schedules, resources, and volunteers while driving revenue goals and ensuring compliance with grant policies.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, travel flexibility, and the ability to work independently or with partners. Salary is $50,000 annually with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field such as Human Services or equivalent experience.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in community awareness, education, partnerships and youth programs related to community health. Grant administration helpful.
  • Travel and flexible hours are required.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail oriented with ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects and execute in a high-volume environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Develop events and marketing to accomplish program objectives and outreach.
  • Ensure grant proposals include MADD’s program directives.
  • Manage logistics of prevention programs through training design and facilitation at State and Local level.
  • Organize orientation meetings, facilitator training, and parent/student workshops.
  • Source and recruit volunteers as needed.
  • Provide training, guidance, support and motivation to volunteers and staff.
  • Maintain tracking and data collection of programs and grant results, and assist with evaluation and improvement.
  • Support fundraising efforts by meeting revenue goals and assisting with events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
