We credit much of our success to our exceptional team. We’re looking for mission-driven builders who thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, and embody our four core values:
We're hiring a Clinical Coordinator to support scaling the onsite clinical operations for our Surgical Technology and Sterile Processing programs. You'll be a consistent, on-the-ground point of contact for client-side clinical coordinators, preceptors, and students — handling site activation, clinical coordination, student support, and day-to-day client communication.
Success in this role looks like students completing their clinical rotations successfully, and strong, trusting relationships with the site- and hospital-level stakeholders who make that possible.
This role requires regular travel to clinical sites around the US — 50%+ of your time overall.
If you're energized by the chance to build a brand-new function from an unfinished playbook, and to shape how the next generation of surgical technologists and sterile processing technicians make it through clinicals — we'd love to hear from you.
