Job summary

Stepful, Inc. is seeking a Travel Clinical Educator, Surgical Technology to deliver hands-on skills instruction across Stepful cohorts nationwide. You will teach labs, supervise practice, assess competency, and remediate where needed while coordinating with clinical sites.

This is a full-time, travel-based role reporting to the Program Director, Surgical Services. Expect regular travel, collaboration with internal teams, equity and benefits included, and opportunities to influence student

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel to multiple clinical sites across the United States.
• Current Surgical Tech certification (CST or NCCT).
• 3+ years of experience teaching Surgical Technology in a lab or school setting.
• Hands-on experience as a Surgical Technologist in the operating room.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Teach and facilitate skills labs and clinical instruction across assigned Stepful cohorts.
• Demonstrate proper techniques and supervise practice.
• Assess student competency and provide remediation as needed.
• Coordinate with hospital preceptors to align experiences with program goals.
• Document student progress and report clinical outcomes.
• Represent Stepful on client and partner calls and support the solutions team.
• Provide insights to enhance student and partner experience.
