Job summary

Stepful, Inc. is seeking a full-time Travel Clinical Educator, Surgical Technology to support our Surgical Technology program across multiple U.S. locations.

You will deliver high-quality hands-on skills instruction, support remediation, and help ensure strong clinical and certification outcomes. As the on-site Stepful representative, you will partner with clinical sites to support onboarding and program implementation between cohorts.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel to multiple clinical sites across the United States.
• Strong written and oral communication skills required.
• Hands-on surgical technologist experience in the operating room; CST/NCCT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach and supervise hands-on skills labs and clinical instruction.
• Assess student competency and provide remediation.
• Coordinate with hospital preceptors to align experiences with program goals.
• Document student progress and report clinical outcomes.
• Represent Stepful on client calls and support implementation.
