Job summary

Southeastern College is seeking a Program Director for Surgical Technology to lead the program across campuses. The role combines faculty duties with program oversight to ensure a high-quality educational experience in surgical technology.

Expect responsibility for curriculum development, instructor coordination, student mentorship, and program assessment. This onsite leadership position requires collaboration with advisory boards and campus leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Five years of field experience is expected.
• CST Certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core curriculum for the Surgical Technology program.
• Communicate and monitor delivery of the core curriculum across campuses.
• Deliver course lectures and oversee student assessments.
• Facilitate student engagement and provide developmental feedback.
• Supervise adjunct faculty and coordinate with program coordinators.
• Prepare for and participate in faculty convocation and program review.
