Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Program Delivery Manager for remote work in the United States to lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise programs with a strong focus on Agile transformation, portfolio governance, and execution discipline.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to improve delivery frameworks, manage risk, and keep strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading complex enterprise initiatives.
• 10+ years Agile transformation and operating model improvements.
• 10+ years program delivery, portfolio governance, and risk management in enterprise environments.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in fintech/payments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs with scope, timelines, and objectives.
• Drive Agile transformation and improve delivery frameworks and governance maturity.
• Establish portfolio governance processes, including risk management and executive reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives and improve execution.
• Influence stakeholders and contribute to PMO leadership through best practices.
